Training Services for Transferegov.br Platform

The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) is seeking a specialized company to provide training on the Transferegov.br platform. This training will cover the execution, monitoring, evaluation, and accountability of resource transfers from the fiscal budget to state, district, municipal public administration bodies, direct or indirect, public consortia, and non-profit private entities. The objective is to equip participants with technical and practical knowledge of applicable legislation, particularly Laws No. 13.019/2014 and 14.133/2021, and the operationalization of the Transferegov.br system, encompassing all stages of partnerships. The training is intended for SVSA collaborators directly or indirectly involved in managing resource transfers, including professionals in planning, budgetary and financial execution, and accountability. The course will be conducted in Brasilia, from August 17-19, 2026, with a total duration of 24 hours. The training methodology will combine theoretical and practical classes, focusing on the operational aspects of the Transferegov.br platform.
