Residential Property Maintenance and Repair Services in Mexico

The Department of State is seeking maintenance and repair services for leased residential properties occupied by the US Government Mission in Mexico. The services include general maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other related upkeep activities essential to maintaining safe, functional, and habitable leased housing. Additionally, the contract will cover commissioning and decommissioning services as properties are prepared for occupancy or vacancy. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four (4) year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be as long as it complies with the RFP requirements. Offerors must be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted.
