Repair and Replacement of Meter Vaults

The City of Phoenix is soliciting sealed offers for the repair and replacement of underground water meter vaults. This is a five-year contract expected to commence on or about April 23, 2026. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for these services. Approximately 10 vaults are expected to be serviced annually, with a requirement to begin servicing the highest-priority vaults within 14 days of receiving a purchase order. The contractor will be responsible for collaborating with the City to maintain a prioritized list of vaults, performing repairs, replacements, and retrofits, and ensuring proper disposal of replaced parts and debris. The contractor must also provide post-service schematics and photographs. For any meter assembly parts not provided by the City, the contractor shall supply them at their cost without markup.
