Electrical Parts, Equipment, Supplies, and Services

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is soliciting proposals for electrical parts, equipment, supplies, and services. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation, intended to establish agreements for EPIC6 Members to procure these items on an "as needed" basis. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. Awards will be made on a multi-vendor basis to responsive and responsible proposers who meet the minimum evaluation score of 70 points. Awarded vendors must extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future Cooperative members. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal as defined in Texas Education Code Chapter 44.
