City of Corning Plaza and Recreation Center Construction

The City of Corning is soliciting bids for the City Plaza and Recreation Center project. This project encompasses both on-site and off-site improvements for the development of a new community park and recreation center. The community park will feature water play elements, interactive play structures, an amphitheater, shaded areas, and parking facilities. Additionally, a new recreation center building will be constructed, which will include a gymnasium and other supporting spaces. Bids must be received by the City of Corning no later than 11:00 A.M. on February 19, 2026.
