Fuel Services for U.S. Embassy Rabat

This Request for Quotations (RFQ) seeks a contractor to provide and deliver fuel, specifically gasoline and diesel, to the U.S. Embassy in Rabat, Morocco. The contract will be a fixed-price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type. The minimum order is 10,000 liters of diesel and 10,000 liters of gasoline (minimum 90 octane). The maximum order quantity for the contract is 160,000 liters. All fuel deliveries will be tested for quality, cleanliness, and compliance with solicitation requirements. Deliveries are to be made between 08:00 and 16:00, Monday through Friday, with advance coordination with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The price per liter is fixed but subject to economic price adjustments based on Moroccan government-mandated fuel price changes. The contract period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
