Eakin Student Recreation Center - Partial Roof Replacement

East Carolina University, Facilities Engineering and Architectural Services, is soliciting sealed proposals for the Eakin Student Recreation Center - Partial Roof Replacement project located at 128 E 7th St, Greenville, NC 27858. The scope of work includes the removal of the existing standing seam metal roof, board insulation, and five translucent Kalwall skylights. The project also involves the installation of new insulation, air/vapor/water barrier membranes, standing seam metal roofing, gutters, downspouts, and new translucent skylights as a complete replacement assembly over existing active court floors. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum basis.
