HVAC Unit Replacement for Nashville VAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to provide and install replacement HVAC units at the Nashville VAMC. The scope of work includes relocating the existing electrical panel, installing a new breaker, running new power supply, connecting the unit to chilled water lines, and performing all necessary electrical and HVAC connections. The contractor must also set a new condenser on the roof and connect all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC connections, including coring a 4-inch opening in the chassis to run new lines. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment, and must ensure all work is performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
