Global Listed Infrastructure Investment Management Services
Los Angeles City Employees' Retirement System (LACERS)
The Los Angeles City Employees' Retirement System (LACERS) is soliciting proposals from qualified investment management firms for an actively managed global listed infrastructure strategy. The target allocation for this mandate is approximately $550 million. LACERS is seeking focused products with a clearly articulated and consistently applied active strategy. While the benchmark is the S&P Global Listed Infrastructure Index, products managed against other listed infrastructure benchmarks will also be considered. Multi-manager programs will not be considered. Proposals for separately managed accounts are preferred, though commingled vehicles will also be evaluated. Proposers may also consider hedging non-US currency exposure. Each proposed product requires an individual submission. LACERS may select one or more managers for this mandate.
