The state of Oregon is seeking a contractor to provide Financial Management Agent Services. These services will be provided to common law employers with respect to employees who offer community living support services to individuals. The contractor will also provide these services to the agency as a statutory employer, if required by federal or Oregon law, for amounts paid to employees that are not attributable to a common law employer.
