European Grapevine Moth Lures

The California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) is soliciting bids for 40,000 European Grapevine Moth Lures (Product Code: P159-5C). The lures must contain five specific active ingredients: E-7,Z-9-Dodecadienyl Acetate, E-7,Z-9-Dodecadien-1-ol, Z-9-Dodecenyl acetate, E-9-Dodecenyl Acetate, and 11-Dodecenyl acetate. Additionally, the lures must be equipped with a red rubber septum and have a field life expectancy of a minimum of 30 days. This solicitation is conducted under the Small Business (SB) Option. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all requirements. Submissions must be received by the CDFA no later than June 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM PT. Questions are due by 12:00 PM PT on May 19, 2026, and answers will be published on May 26, 2026.
