Description

Butler County, Ohio, through its Board of County Commissioners, is soliciting bids for the Liberty Fairfield Pump Station 36" Valve Replacement project. This project involves furnishing all labor and materials necessary to remove and replace a failing 36-inch butterfly valve located downstream of the meter vault near the Liberty Fairfield Pump Station. Bids must be submitted in sealed packages clearly marked "BIDS FOR LIBERTY FAIRFIELD PUMP STATION 36" VALVE REPLACEMENT FOR THE WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT." Each bid must include the full name and street address of the Bidder, a signed Non-Collusion Affidavit, a signed Personal Property Tax Affidavit, and a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Failure to comply with the Contract Documents may result in bid rejection. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive formalities, accept the lowest and best bid, and hold bids for sixty (60) days for evaluation. Causes for bid rejection may be assigned as listed in Section 707.13 of the ITB specifications.
