University of Houston Parking Elevator Preventative Maintenance, Repairs, and Support

The University of Houston is seeking a qualified partner to provide comprehensive services for 18 parking garage elevators across its main campus. These elevators vary in age and manufacturer. The scope of work includes preventative maintenance, testing, repairs, and ongoing support. A mandatory pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for Friday, January 16, 2026, at 9:00 am CT, to be held at UH General Services Building, 4211 Elgin St, Houston, TX 77204, Room 171. Attendance at this meeting is required for disqualification. All responses and bid submissions must be completed through the JAGGAER Sourcing Event Portal.
