Sole Source Contract Award Notice: Automated Regional Justice Information System (ARJIS)

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for the annual renewal of the Automated Regional Justice Information System (ARJIS) and the eSUN Operational Fee. ARJIS provides essential access to criminal histories, including the Interstate Identification Index (III), Wants & Warrants, and similar databases, which are crucial for inmate classification and law enforcement practices in San Diego County and surrounding areas. The Naval Consolidated Brig Miramar requires this service to maintain secure operations and comply with standard law enforcement protocols. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price award. The period of performance is structured as follows: - FY27 (October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027) - Base Year - FY28 (October 1, 2027 - September 30, 2028) - Option Year 1 - FY29 (October 1, 2028 - September 30, 2029) - Option Year 2 - FY30 (October 1, 2029 - September 30, 2030) - Option Year 3 - FY31 (October 1, 2030 - September 30, 2031) - Option Year 4 Interested sources are required to submit a capability statement by June 2, 2026, to brenna.m.bronder.civ@us.navy.mil.
