Pipeline Newsletter Printing Services

The Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts are soliciting bids for printing services for their internal newsletter, Pipeline. The publication is typically 20 pages and issued six times annually. For 2026, due to the solicitation timing, there will be four issues in May, July, September, and November. In 2027, the newsletter will resume its regular schedule of six issues per year in January, March, May, July, September, and November. Each issue requires 1,800 copies to be printed. The selected vendor must adhere to all specifications outlined in the Invitation to Bid (ITB), including conducting press checks to ensure print quality and consistency with approved proofs, and maintaining a printer production turnaround time of one week. All services must be performed in strict accordance with the specifications outlined in this ITB.
