Vehicle Rental and Maintenance Contract

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is seeking bids for a five-year contract to lease a full selection of automobiles, light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks. The contract will include comprehensive maintenance and repair services for all leased vehicles. The contractor is expected to be able to exchange vehicles within specified pricing groups upon several hours' notice. In the event of a mechanical or accidental disablement, a replacement or exchange vehicle must be issued immediately, with no additional charges beyond the cost of the leased vehicle during the repair period. This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) with a document availability date of May 4, 2026. Funding for this opportunity is 100% operating, with an estimated dollar range of $10 million to $50 million. A pre-bid conference will be held virtually via Teams on May 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
