The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is procuring one Autonomous Liquid Dairy Manure Applicator for the Marshfield Agricultural Research Station located at 208356 Drake Ave N, Stratford, WI 54484. The delivery is scheduled for Summer 2026. The applicator must be a high-clearance, automated precision liquid manure application system with specific requirements including a 120-inch wheel track, 30-inch row spacing, electric ball valve, 1500-ft hose coil, manure application bucket for 12 outlets, and a 900MHz and cell kit with a SIM card. It should also include a John Deere planter tower kit, an injection skid base, a manure impeller booster, and function as a base station with 900 MHz capability. The system requires an existing well pump (10-15HP), plumbing and stainless hardware for the skid and pump, 3-inch ANSI to 6-inch layflat adapters, a manure pump, 6-inch layflat hose, and a fertilizer pump (30 GPH). Installation, setup at the delivery location, on-site training, and one year of technical support and warranty are also required. The acquisition is set aside for small business concerns, with NAICS code 333111 and a size standard of 1,250 employees. Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, considering price, technical acceptability, and past performance. Pricing for all line items, including base and option periods, must be submitted.
