NRP, Control, Recorde

This solicitation is for the manufacture of NRP, CONTROL, RECORDE. The contract will require the items to meet specific design standards and be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-130, REV N, 16 NOV 2012. Changes in design, material, servicing, or part number require notification and approval from the NAVICP-MECH Contracting Officer. Quality assurance responsibilities lie with the contractor, who must maintain inspection records for 365 days after final delivery. Packaging shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-2073. Award evaluations will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Vendors must provide proof of being an authorized distributor of the original manufacturer. Any order resulting from this Request for Quotation will require electronic submittal of Invoice and Receiving Report (COMBO) through PIEE-WAWF.
