Investment Advisory Services for Battery Park City Authority

The Battery Park City Authority (BPCA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive financial investment advisory services. The selected firm will be responsible for advising the BPCA Board on investment philosophy, providing regular performance reports, conducting policy reviews, developing asset allocation strategies, monitoring compliance, and implementing an overall investment strategy consistent with BPCA's Investment Reports and Guidelines. Services will include assisting in the management of BPCA's investment portfolio, which currently holds approximately $1.2 billion in assets. The scope of work involves reviewing and recommending modifications to investment guidelines, assessing investment benchmarks, providing monthly performance analysis and quarterly investment reports, conducting specialized studies, and advising on long-term investment strategies. The consultant will also help manage investments, minimize banking costs, and provide ongoing research and advice on investment opportunities. Access to online investment portfolio reports will be required.
