Town of Marana Real Estate Acquisition and Exchange Agreement

This ordinance approves the acquisition and exchange of real property between the Town of Marana and Oracle Greenock LLC. The Town will acquire approximately 2.3 acres of property abutting the east side of Gladden Farms Community Park and will exchange approximately 0.24 acres of Town-owned property located on the south side of Tangerine Road as part of the transaction. The Mayor is authorized to execute the Real Estate Acquisition and Exchange Agreement and any necessary deeds and documents.
