Senior Affordable Housing Tenant Services

The New York City Human Resources Administration is seeking qualified organizations to develop and provide high-quality services for senior households in newly developed, affordable senior housing projects. These services aim to enable seniors to live independently and age in place, with a particular emphasis on supporting formerly homeless seniors. The program will offer engagement opportunities for all seniors in these buildings, along with light-touch case assistance for those with a history of homelessness. The anticipated contract term is approximately five years, with a potential renewal option for an additional four years.
