The City of Rockland, Maine, is offering a 2016 Burnham commercial cast iron, low-pressure, oil-fired boiler for sale. This unit, model V1109H with serial number 65551497, was installed in a 30,000 sq ft administrative building and was professionally serviced under contract. It has a firing rate of 14.7 GPH for No. 2 oil and a gross output of 1750 MBH water. The boiler has a steam net I=B=R rating of 5604 SqFt and a water net I=B=R rating of 1522 MBH. It features a Carlin Ignitor/Burner 801 CRD and was installed by Siemens. The last full preventative maintenance was performed on October 19, 2023, and the unit was functional through early May 2026.
