On-Call Engineering Services for Public Works Traffic Section

The City of Rio Rancho is soliciting proposals for on-call engineering services to support its Public Works Traffic Section. The selected consultant will be responsible for a range of tasks including coordination, engineering, studies, surveys, analyses, and the preparation of all necessary documents for preliminary or final design, construction estimates, specifications, and right-of-way mapping. Additionally, the consultant may be required to provide services during construction, such as office support and construction observation. The scope may also include advancing the current design phase if additional budget is approved and available.
