Construction Manager at Risk Services for Pima County Santa Rita Resource Recovery Facility Interceptor

Pima County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and construction services for a new regional sewer interceptor. This interceptor will be associated with the Santa Rita Resource Recovery Facility (SRRRF) and will convey wastewater flows from the Green Valley, AZ service area and surrounding basins to the SRRRF. Certified Small Business Enterprises (SBE) are encouraged to participate. Pima County reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications.
