Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Teen Recovery Center Services

The County of San Diego is soliciting proposals from firms interested in providing Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Teen Recovery Center Services for Lot 3 - Central Region. The contract term is anticipated to be an initial six-month base period with four one-year options. Services are for adolescents aged 12 to 21 who are full-scope Medi-Cal beneficiaries, low income, or uninsured, with substance use issues, including co-occurring mental health conditions. The services aim to provide comprehensive, preventive, rehabilitative, and therapeutic behavioral healthcare delivered in the least restrictive environment and in the most effective mode based on ASAM criteria.
