Multi-Function Color Copier/Printer Lease

The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (TCRPC) is seeking proposals for the lease and maintenance of a new, non-refurbished color multifunction printer. This device will be used for printing, scanning, and copying. The lease period is for 60 months. The device will be housed at TCRPC's offices located at 456 Fulton Street, Suite 401, Peoria, IL 61602. Submissions must be emailed to rfp-rfq@tricountyrpc.org by 3:30 p.m. on Friday, May 22, 2026. Questions can also be directed to this email address. Submissions should not exceed 15 pages, excluding exceptions.
