Town of East Greenbush
The Town of East Greenbush is soliciting proposals for Town Designated Engineer (TDE) services. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM EST on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Interested parties can obtain RFP documents by contacting Mary Hendrick, Purchasing Clerk, via email at mhendrick@eastgreenbush.org or by phone at (518) 477-7788. The RFP documents are expected to be available for download from the Empire State Bid System website (http://empirestatebidsystem.com) by the close of business on Monday, May 4, 2026. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted directly to Mary Hendrick by Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 4:30 PM, with answers to be posted via addenda on Friday, May 15, 2026, by 4:30 PM. Vendors are strongly encouraged to return the "Receipt Confirmation Form" to be added to the official Plan Holders List and receive all related correspondence and addenda. The Town of East Greenbush reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and disregard nonconforming or conditional bids.
