Transit Management Services for Muncie Indiana Transit System

The Muncie Public Transportation Corporation is requesting sealed proposals from qualified professional transit management firms interested in assuming the full range of management and administrative responsibilities for the operation of the Muncie Indiana Transit System. Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, and will be opened at the monthly board meeting held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. The Muncie Public Transportation Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any formalities, and re-advertise or discontinue this process without prejudice. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable Federal regulations.
