Texarkana Independent School District (ISD) is requesting proposals for construction equipment rental vendors. The proposal period is from May 23, 2024, to May 22, 2029. Proposals are due by 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. The contract will be for one year with four additional one-year renewal options, totaling five years. Evaluation criteria include cost, vendor reputation and quality, past relationship with the district, how well the services meet the district's needs, impact on historically underutilized businesses, and whether the vendor has its principal place of business in Texas or employs at least 500 persons in Texas. Vendors must submit proposals to the Texarkana ISD Purchasing Department at 4241 Summerhill Road, Texarkana, TX 75503. Electronic submissions may not be accepted. Vendors are required to submit Form 1295 (Disclosure of Interested Parties) and Form CIQ (Conflict of Interest Questionnaire).
