Plumbing Parts, Supplies, and Services for Region 6 ESC

Region 6 Education Service Center (ESC) in Texas, operating as EPIC6, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for plumbing parts, supplies, and services. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation intended for the use of Region 6 ESC, EPIC6, and its member entities. The solicitation aims to contract with reliable vendors to supply a wide range of plumbing-related goods and services, including but not limited to pipes, fittings, faucets, sinks, toilets, water heaters, tools, and testing equipment. The agreement term is for five years with an annual option for renewal. EPIC6 charges an administration fee of 1.5% on actual vendor project sales, based on invoiced and paid amounts by EPIC6 members. Proposals will be evaluated based on several factors including purchase price, vendor reputation, quality of goods/services, total long-term cost, extent to which needs are met, past relationship, impact on Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB), and experience. A minimum score of 70 points is required for consideration for an award. EPIC6 reserves the right to award multiple vendors and to reject any or all proposals.
