Temporary Employment Services for the City of Bartlett

The City of Bartlett is seeking proposals from qualified employment agencies to provide seasonal and/or temporary employees. This RFP outlines the requirements for agencies to supply general laborers for landscaping, yard waste, and household solid waste collection. Agencies must have at least three years of experience, competent staff, and business references. They must also be an equal employment opportunity employer and comply with Title VI guidelines. The selected contractor will enter into an initial three-year contract, with the option to renew for two additional three-year periods, contingent on satisfactory performance and funding availability.
