Chambersburg, PA Storage/Warehouse Space Lease

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking proposals for a lease of approximately 50,000 usable square feet of enclosed storage/warehouse space in the Chambersburg, Pennsylvania area. The space must meet specific requirements including a minimum of two dock-level overhead doors, five ground-level overhead doors, three pedestrian doors, and at least 10 off-street parking spaces. A breakroom/office area with conditioned air and a restroom facility are also required. The lease term will be for one year with four one-year option renewal terms. Proposals must be valid through June 30, 2026. The government will award the lease to the responsible Offeror whose proposal represents the lowest Net Present Value (NPV) cost per Usable Square Foot (USF) that is technically acceptable.
