North Eugene High School Swede Field Bleacher Re-Painting Project

This project involves the re-painting of the North Eugene High School Swede Field bleachers, including both interior and exterior surfaces and related spaces beneath the bleachers such as restrooms, team rooms, and storage areas. The estimated construction cost is $450,000.00. The project requires specific surface preparation and the application of high-performance coatings, including epoxy coatings for concrete block, steel, and galvanized metals, as well as specialized coatings for the underside of steel stadium walking surfaces. Adherence to MPI standards and specific manufacturer guidelines, such as those from Sherwin-Williams, is expected. A mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through was scheduled for May 5, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at the Swede Stadium entry. Questions regarding the project were due by May 8, 2026.
