The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for firm-fixed-price, non-commercial services for autonomous drone and systems training. This procurement is set aside 100% for small businesses. The training will cover various aspects of drone warfare and autonomous defense systems, including basic principles, AI-driven strategies, modern military applications, ethical considerations, and emerging technologies. The vendor must provide a comprehensive catalog of course offerings, with the initial award focusing on a 2-day "Drone Warfare & Autonomous Defense Systems Fundamentals" course for up to 60 students. Training materials, including schedules, handouts, textbooks, and presentations, must be provided. Instructors must have relevant subject matter expertise, military experience, and clearance eligibility when required. All training will be conducted in-person at government-provided facilities within normal working hours. Vendors must possess CMMC Level 1 certification and provide technical documentation as specified. The period of performance spans from the date of award through September 30, 2030, with multiple CLINs representing different performance periods and options.
