Ogden - Hinckley Airport Full-Service Restaurant Concessionaire

Ogden City Corporation is requesting sealed proposals from qualified Proposers to operate full-service restaurant concessions at the Ogden - Hinckley Airport. This opportunity involves providing essential food and beverage services to airport patrons. Proposal packets can be obtained by downloading them from the Ogden City website. Proposers are responsible for securing any addenda that may be issued. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for Friday, May 8, 2026, at 1 PM at the airport terminal, located at 3909 Airport Road, Ogden, Utah, 84405. An online format will not be available for this meeting, but attendance is encouraged for all intending to submit a proposal. Sealed responses must be submitted to the Purchasing Office, c/o 2nd Floor Information / Constable Desk, 2549 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT, 84401, by Friday, May 15, 2026, no later than 11 AM. Late proposals will not be accepted. Ogden City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal.
