Citywide Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services

The United States of America, through the City of Atlanta, is seeking qualified and experienced Offerors to provide comprehensive plumbing maintenance, repair, and installation services for all City departments and facilities. This contract will cover citywide needs on an as-needed basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The solicitation process is divided into two phases: Phase I focuses on qualifications and technical capability, while Phase II involves pricing and responsiveness. Successful Offerors from Phase I will be invited to Phase II to submit pricing. The scope of work includes repairs, preventive maintenance, emergency response, and new installations to ensure safe, reliable, and code-compliant plumbing systems.
