On-Call Building Commissioning Services for Union County

Union County, North Carolina is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide building commissioning services on an as-needed basis for various capital projects. These services will be for projects with an estimated expenditure of public money less than $500,000.00, as identified in the Union County Capital Improvement Plan. The selected firm(s) will provide services via task orders, and the selection does not guarantee a minimum amount of work. Services must be performed by or under the charge of a professional licensed in North Carolina. The county is seeking firms capable of providing building commissioning services as described in the RFQ scope, and firms specializing in Building Envelope Commissioning are not precluded from submitting qualifications. Offerors should clearly identify the specific commissioning services, specialties, and capabilities their firm can provide as part of their SOQ.
