The City of Bozeman is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services supporting economic development initiatives, Tax Increment Finance (TIF) projects, and development planning. Proposals must be submitted as a single, searchable PDF file via email attachment to procurement@bozemanmt.gov by June 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM MST. Respondents must ensure their proposals comply with current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level A and AA Success Criteria. The City's email attachment size limit is 25MB; only one PDF file is permitted per response. The subject line of the submission email must clearly state the RFP title, company name, and due date/time. Respondents are solely responsible for ensuring timely receipt of their proposals before the deadline, as late submissions will not be considered. Arrangements can be made with the City Clerk for file sizes exceeding 25MB. Respondents are required to agree to the City's non-discrimination and equal pay affirmation, which is attached as Appendix A.
