Description

The Bureau of Indian Education is seeking a contractor to provide one (1) Boom with Pump and a hauling trailer for the removal and control of duckweed in the three lagoons at St. Stephens Indian School in Saint Stephens, Wyoming. This equipment is needed to address a persistent duckweed problem that is causing system clogs and straining the school's limited facilities staff. The scope includes providing all necessary equipment for overhauling and maintaining the lagoons, including a duckweed screen, sump box with floats, pump hoses, a 3" Honda trash pump, a 200' gathering boom, rope, a push pole, a 7'x14' bumper pull trailer, and a 20' discharge pipe. Delivery is required within 30 days after award to BIE - St. Stephens Indian School, 128 Mission Rd., PO Box 345, Saint Stephens, WY 82524. The solicitation is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) and Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE), with ISBEE bids to be considered first.
