Septic Pumping Services for Residential and Commercial Properties

The Town of Newfield is seeking a contractor to provide septic pumping services for its sewer district. This includes annual pumping for 30 commercial properties and biennial pumping for 130 residential properties. The services will be performed over a two-year period, with commercial properties requiring approximately 100,000 gallons of septic waste to be pumped annually during June, July, and August. Residential properties will have their septic tanks pumped every other year. Contractors must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in septic pumping services and provide references from municipal, commercial, and residential customers. The contractor must also comply with New York State Labor Law regarding public works projects and provide proof of current insurance coverage meeting the Town's minimum requirements.
