Aluminum and Copper Cable Supply Contract

Independence Power & Light (IP&L), a municipally owned utility of the City of Independence, Missouri, is seeking term and supply contracts for the purchase of overhead and underground aluminum and copper cable. The initial contract period is from the Notice of Award to June 30, 2027, with potential renewals for successive 12-month periods, subject to the availability of funds. IP&L reserves the right to make multiple awards and may add additional types and sizes of cable to the contract as needed, with pricing to be negotiated.
