Autobag Packaging Materials

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Contracting Office requires OEM Autobags for the Lancaster CMOP location. The bags are specified as 10"W x 15"L x 0.25" skirt, 2.5 Mil recycled E-commerce mailer, white/silver coex, vented, with 2 perf air holes and a high integrity side seal of 3/16". They are to be used in Semi-Automatic Bagger Machine CLAMCO/PAC Machinery R3200 Model# 968-000081. The estimated quantity is 520 rolls monthly, with a request for 260 rolls delivered bi-weekly, beginning June 15, 2026. Delivery is required within 10 days ARO, with no partial shipments accepted without prior approval. Delivery hours are 6am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday. Sample requirements include providing at least 3 cases for testing, unless the product is currently used by the CMOP. If bidding on the Sealed Air-Autobag brand, an authorized distributor letter is required. Samples must be at the Lancaster CMOP by the close of the solicitation and clearly labeled with the vendor's company name and solicitation number.
