All goods are covered by a 1-year limited parts and labor warranty from the date of shipment. The period of performance is from September 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026. The place of performance is the U.S. Geological Survey Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS) Center near Sioux Falls, SD. The solicitation requires compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) accessibility. Offerors must provide an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for each ICT item offered, using the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) Version 2.1 or later, detailing how the ICT meets applicable Section 508 requirements.
