Mesa Unified School District is soliciting proposals for the consistent and timely delivery of a variety of snack and beverage items to its Food & Nutrition Department and high school student stores. The district requires vendors to provide a catalog discount percentage applicable to all items in their product list. Deliveries will be made weekly to eighteen secondary school cafeterias, one catering department, and six high school student stores. Junior high school and catering orders will be delivered to the Mesa Public Schools Food & Nutrition Warehouse, while high school cafeterias and student stores will receive direct delivery to their individual sites. Vendors must provide a catalog or product list with case pack information, nutritional details, ingredients, and pricing, including any proposed discount. All products must comply with Smart Snacks in School standards and Arizona Healthy Schools Act compliance standards.
