Construct Metal Building at Vance AFB

This solicitation is for the construction of a 40-foot by 60-foot prefabricated metal building at Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The project includes site preparation, demolition of existing curb and gutter, tree removal, and the construction of a concrete slab, footings, approaches, and sidewalks. The building will feature a rigid frame, spray-foam insulation, two personnel doors, two motorized overhead doors, and integrated electrical lighting, power, and heating. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the complete construction. Key requirements include submitting a construction plan, schedule, safety plan, and product data for major components. Proposals must remain valid through September 30, 2026. A site visit is strongly encouraged but not mandatory, scheduled for May 18, 2026.
