Technology Equipment, Materials, Supplies, and Services

Grand Prairie ISD is soliciting vendors to establish an indefinite vendor list for technology equipment, materials, supplies, and services. This is a qualifying bid process, and there are no specific jobs required at this time. Vendors approved through this RFP will be added to the district's vendor list. Vendors previously approved through RFP 18-09 must submit this new RFP 22-09 to remain on the approved list, as their previous approval expires on June 14, 2023. Purchases requiring on-site demonstrations or installations will necessitate a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) before a purchase order is issued. The submission deadline for this RFP has been removed and is open indefinitely at the district's discretion.
