Elfrida Water Improvements District: Transmission Main and Water Campus Improvements Construction

The conference for the Transmission Main project will begin at 9:00 AM MST, followed by the Water Campus Improvements project at 10:30 AM MST. A site visit will be conducted after each project overview. Attendance is encouraged but not required. Questions from bidders must be submitted by May 8th, 2026, with responses provided by May 11th.
