Quarterly Dairy, Meats, General Subsistence, and Kosher Food Supplies

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, intends to solicit for the requirement of quarterly deliveries of dairy, meats, general subsistence, and kosher food items for the 4th quarter of fiscal year 2026. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. Deliveries are scheduled from July 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026, to the Federal Transfer Center at 7410 S. MacArthur Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73169. The contract will be firm-fixed price, with past performance considered approximately equal in value to price. Awards under $15,000 will be paid via Government Purchase Card, while awards over $15,000 will be purchase orders payable by EFT. The solicitation will be available on or about May 27, 2026, on SAM.gov. Quotes are due by June 5, 2026.
