Custodial Equipment Bid

The School District of Springfield R-12 is seeking competitive responses for custodial equipment. All responses must be submitted online through the e-bidding system; emailed or faxed copies will not be accepted. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be directed to the buyer of record through the e-bidding system. Late responses will not be accepted. All correspondence through the e-bidding system will be incorporated into the resulting agreement. The district is located at 1458 E. Chestnut Expressway, Springfield, MO 65802. Orders are anticipated to be placed the last week of June, 2026, and all equipment must be received no later than July 27, 2026. This is a one-time order and pricing will need to be held for 90 days.
