Description

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes to identify potential small business sources capable of performing specialized demolition and site restoration at the "Field of Dreams" playground located between Vickers and Worthington on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), HI 96818. The scope of work includes removing all zipline equipment, cutting equipment at the top of concrete footers or removing surface mount bolts, ensuring existing concrete footers, safety surfacing, and curbing remain intact, reinstalling foam/buffings underlayment to restore site integrity, patching specialized turf surfacing to provide a smooth surface free of tripping hazards in accordance with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Public Playground Safety Handbook, and removing and properly disposing of all demolished materials off the installation. Interested firms are requested to submit a Capability Statement demonstrating experience with precision demolition and specialized playground safety surfacing. The maximum page limit for responses is five (5) pages in PDF or Microsoft Word format. All work must be completed within 90 calendar days of contract award.
